I started my Career in law enforcement in 2014 working as a Custodial Deputy with the Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Department. In March of 2016 I graduated the Academy and furthered my career goals by becoming a solo beat Deputy for the Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Department.

Becoming a K9 Handler has always been a main career goal of mine while working in law enforcement. While on patrol I learned how to interact with the canines which showed me how important they are for law enforcement. In November of 2017 I was selected to become part of the K9 agitator team to further my experience and goal of becoming a K9 Handler one day.

I am currently assigned to the contract city of Patterson as a Detective and continue to work with K9 handler’s and their partners to gain the needed knowledge to become a K9 handler.
